A Chattered Accountant by profession with a passion of doing business founded Pardes Dehydration Company with an aim of becoming the first dehydrated vegetable plant in India in 1983.
Under his leadership and advice the company started the production with 100 MT in 1983 since then the company has never looked back and has grown to 2500 MT in 1990s.
He has written many books on Mahatma Gandhi and also weekly publication on Income tax.

With a desire of making Pardes Dehydration Company of making a best Indian company in the dehydrated onion he build the company step by step in 1983 and its growing till today.
Initially with 100 MT of production under his leadership the company has grown to 8000 MT. He had a strong desire of competing with the other countries and making best products so under him the company was the first to install the Buhler machines from UK.
He has received many prestigious award from the state government and also from the President of India.

He joined the company in 2006 after completing his education from London. He brings with himself vast knowledge of customer service and management. Under his leadership the new company was build now known as Pardes Quick Foods and Dehydration Pvt Ltd in 2009 and digitizing the company and reaching the targeted goal of production.
